Glenridge Management

Gary Grant co-founded Glenridge in 2004 and as Glenridge’s chief executive officer, is responsible for establishing Glenridge’s vision, strategy and objectives.  Prior to Glenridge, Gary served as one of the founding partners of KPMG Consulting.   While at KPMG Consulting, Gary provided overall leadership on Oracle, PeopleSoft, and SAP projects.  Gary’s responsibilities included not only managing several existing business units but creating several new business units.  An example of the business units Gary established for KPMG Consulting include five regional data centers in the Middle East to support data warehousing and imaging of claims resulting from wartime damages, and establishing the KPMG Consulting offices in the southeast based in Atlanta, Georgia.  Under Gary’s leadership, the Southeast business unit grew into a major center for KPMG Consulting, employing hundreds of IT professionals.  Prior to joining the corporate world, Gary served with distinction as a highly decorated Army officer.

Gary’s educational background equipped him well for his leadership roles in KPMG and Glenridge Solutions.  Gary’s formal education includes post graduate work in Executive Management from Harvard University,  an MBA from George Washington University and a BS from the University of Kentucky.

Currently, Gary is the Chairman of the Board of the National MS Society of Georgia, a National Pillars of Society Member, a member of the Technology Association of Georgia (TAG), and is a past board member of several community and professional organizations including National Public Radio (NPR).

Bob Gordon, Co-Founder of Glenridge Solutions LLC, worked with Gary at KPMG Consulting and led the data warehousing practice.  Bob has implement many data warehousing and reporting solutions across a wide range of industries including HealthCare, Medical Manage,  Manufacturing, Telecommunications, Distribution, Higher Education, Finance, Credit Card Processing, Printing, Online Event Management, Health Care Claims Processing.  Bob has been certified in and has experience with most of the major ETL tools and BI reporting platforms.

Bob is the principal architect of Glenridge’s premier product, BIMarts.  The development of BIMarts extended over a 5 year period.  Bob continues to lead the technical team in enhancing and supporting BIMarts.  Bob has taken the design of BIMarts in a new direction rather than simply following the same old design used by all the major ETL tool vendors.  BIMarts is designed to be used by functional people at the business unit and department levels rather than being a dedicated IT only tool as is the case with the major ETL tools on the market.  Under this design paradigm, IT serves as the facilitator and coordinator, rather than owner, of the data warehouse and its associated data marts.
