Q: How does ADH help me satisfy the requirements of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act?

A: Installing ADH only takes a matter of hours. However, some preliminary site preparation is generally necessary. Some analysis work will need to be done to determine the precise data model that should be generated. Glenridge Solutions can provide skilled technical resources to aid in this process and train and mentor your people.

Q: What about assistance with installing ADH?

A: We can provide skilled technical resources to get ADH in place quickly and economically. If you like, we can extend your ADH data warehouse to synchronize data from systems other than PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP and Siebel. We can synchronize data from many sources including iSeries/AS400 and zOS), Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Access, Sybase Adaptive Server Enterprise, MySQL and Gupta SQLBase Server.

Q: How long after I acquire ADH will it is before my users can start running reports?

A: Expect to have power users accessing your data warehouse in a matter of days from the time you acquire ADH. It may take longer for the bulk of your users to get onboard as you will need to work out their access rights and install a means to enforce those access rights. We suggest the use of a reports sub-portal which we can implement for you; or assist your IT staff with the implementation.
